Love this Riad! Ended up booking multiple extra nights because they were so great. He room was beautiful, comfortable, the pool in the middle is gorgeous and the staff was world class. Great location close to the exit of the Médina, away from the hustle and bustle of the souks. Very private, I only saw other guests for breakfast so it feels like the entire place is yours. Food was also great! Eating everyone else in Marrakech has honestly hurt my stomach a bit. I don’t know why but at least here the food is prepared very well and hasn’t given me a tummy ache.

I would give this more stars if I could. Extremely friendly and accomadating staff. They give us brief introduction and traveler's tips when we were first checking in that proved essential to our stay in Marrakesh. The pool in the center of the road is well taken care of and they stick with towel hats and lounge furniture to cool down on the hit days. Breakfast was included and it wasn't a buffet but a served breakfast. Dinner and lunch are available to purchase but you must reserve them a day in advance, as they prepare everything fresh and per person. We are staying in one of the suites and the room is a delight.

Wonderful place for a relaxing chilled break in Marrakech. Staff are lovely and really looked after us well. Would definitely return to the Riad charai

We've had a great stay here though it's not as glamorous as the on line photos might suggest. There is only one local restaurant that we can find so going out on an evening requires a taxi and the Taxis can't get close to the Riad. They either stop in the local square some five minutes walk away or outside the Wall, closer but down a maze of dark alleyways. Either way can be intimidating though we've not had any bad experiences and it's very easy to get lost, though that is common anywhere in the Medina. There is food available here but after a week you will have tried it all. Breakfast is a very sugary affair, cakes, pancakes, patisseries, jams. They will cook you an omelette if you ask. Staff are great. Pool is small and prone to get a bit contested. Only. 4 sun beds can cause tensions when busy. Suggest a few nights stay is sufficient to see most of Marrakech.
