This was my best spa experience ever. I have been to multiple massage salons, 5 star hotels and spas. Alphais spa tops them all. The atmosphere, the service, the message itself and most importantly the hammam with madame Bouchra. Thank you very much for 3 incredible hours. Merci beaucoup

Classy and professional establishment, that does couples hammam and massage. We were worried about hammams in the old town being a bit 'run down' but this place was modern, clean and well equipped. We had 45min hammam (including black sand scrub) and 20min back massage for 350 each. Hammam experience was relaxing and they adapted the style/pressure of the massage to suit individual preferences. Friendly staff, but the people dealt with did understand English (they spoke to us in French). Visited in Feb 2019.

We had a hamam and a relaxing massage. Everything was perfect. The staffs are very friendly and make you feel in good hands. Will recommend this to my friends. Thank you for the relaxing hours!

Had one of the best back massages in this town with competitive pricing. I honestly had a problem with the Hammam experience (and Lady) but the management was quick to provide solutions and solved the problem amicably, which I think is a mark of a great business.
