Bad hotel with bad handling! I booked a stay at this hotel for about € 1000. Due to the corona measures it was not possible to travel to the hotel. I contacted hotel several times. Unfortunately, this hotel is not willing to come to a solution and it has been a waste of money. Think 3 times before booking a stay at this rogue hotel. Dramatic in communicating there is simply no response! Bad!

At the end of October 2019, we booked a stay at Agdal Medina from 13 to 17 April 2020, for 2 adults and 2 children. We paid a deposit of € 340 via international bank transfer. At the end of March 2020, due to the lockdown imposed for the coronavirus pandemic and the consequent cancellation of all flights, we had not the possibility to travel to Marrakech and informed the hotel about that, discovering that also the hotel was closed because of the lockdown. We asked for a refund, but their answer was elusive and they did nothing but keep on going until they no longer responded to our emails. Probably if we had booked through Booking we would have received a refund, instead in this way they took advantage of it. Very incorrect.

Yes, pretty nice. Staff are unfailing nice & helpful (must be drilled into them). Everything is very well cared for, lovely grounds, lots of plants.
