Service at the same level as the mokataa. No consideration for the dignity of the human being or the elderly. Misplaced documents which caused huge delay. Do not answer your questions, expeditious answers and leave you to your stress. Yet well paid. The Canadian Embassy must do business with other agencies to create positive competition. Shame.

Escrots, thieves, photocopy for 5 dh page (0.5 Dh), visa application filled online 55 Dh (5dh for 1 h of cyber), in addition to their fees 238 dh .Lagence is only one organismion descrocrie.

If there were stars less I would have put them. No service worse than a mo9ata3a file dragged rude security agents for more than a month and get involved in what does not concern them I am very frustrated I will never go back. Administration below the height and even vulgar people. STRONGLY DO NOT RECOMMEND FOR A SChengen VISA
