Wonderful place, warm and welcoming staff , I highly recommend it very clean, a nice place to have a good hammam and relax.

A very bad experience. From 1 we called the lady at the front desk to ask for directions as he didn't have any. The lady clearly tells us that she is not from Settat and lets us wander for 40 minutes to look for the span. Once arrived, Neither direction nor arrow, a villa in the middle of nowhere. As for the service on site, we made an appointment at 7pm for 2 people, once arrived, we are told that we must wait 40 min + since there was a power cut this afternoon. Already the lady has not taken the phone to warn us that he will be late and she has not even apologized. She just said: "hadshi mektab". We tell her that we have reserved a cabin for two, she replies that the only cabin available is individual and it costs 100 DHS. While the explanation of rates and services over the phone was different. The receptionist told us once again: "telephone machi huwa lmoubachir". We were speechless and the room was already full, so we knew when we were going to enter. We took our things and left the scene immediately. Never go back to it. I strongly advise against !!!!
