Don’t rent a car here! We rented a car in sept 2018, we brought it back without any damage, but in contrary to when we collected the car, the 2 (!) hertz employees inspected it with ultimate accuracy, and yes, to our big suprise they found something at the very low end of the car, what appeared to be (after wiping the dust away !) a kind of very small scratch , according their policy, which they showed it was more then 25mm, and they said that we should have taken photo’s all around the car when we took it as evidence. In first instance though, you coudn’t see anything, only putting yourself on the knees, under a certain degree and light you could see a very thin white line almost not visible, even when I took a picture from a distance from 50 cm and showed them that you could’t recognize this on a picture....Apparently at Hertz Marakech you have to take 2000 pictures at 10cm all around the car to prevent that screw you when you come back. It appeared to me that what they did is standard manegement policy, at least in Maroc Marakech. I rented cars in the Netherlands, US, Crete, Korea, Spain, Malaysia, ....., never experienced something like this. I mentioned they where a bunch of criminals and left as we had to catch our flight, what they knew of course, so we were under time pressure to accept.....

Overall great experience. We haven’t booked a car in advance but we got one after arrival pretty quickly. There was no problem when returning. I didn’t notice that the paper says return clean which we didn’t. Firstly they wanted to charge us extra but in the end they didn’t. Thank you for making our stay easier.

Don’t bother here, the Marrakech airport Hertz is really a scammer’s paradise run by charlatans. They don’t honor the price on the reservation at all. They constantly make up charges and reasons to increase the price and put huge holds on the credit card in order to confuse and scam more money out of you. Stay away from here and save yourself hours of headache and wasted time cancelling your reservation or getting scammed down the line from fraudulent charges. They feast on desperate tourists and know you need the car. Avoid at all costs.

I've rent a car in Hertz Marrakech for 11 days 7-18 December 2019 and it was the worthiest car hire experience in my life. The car was dirty when they gave it to me. Dirty inside and outside. The fuel was not full. When I give back car Hertz manager told that everything is fine and smile to me. But in one hour after they withdrawn 26 usd from my bank card without any reason. I feel like I was deceived and robbed(
