Good service until the bill arrive. On local the they give us a document to sign, in french, and confirming that the document was related to the service that voyage agency have request. At the end we need to pay almost double of what we contract and use. Shame on you AVIS.
Very nice team, good English! We were returning a car we rented at Avis Fes few days before. All fine. Very quick.
There were no signs tough where the exact return entrance driveway is when you arrive at the airport, but a lovely man who was arranging cars pointed us the way. 4,8/5
Overall it was good. People were nice and helpful. Car was good (Renault Clio)
There was only one problem when i booked on the website i choose all the extras for protection. But it was not visible in the system so the end price was different that i saw on their website when i booked. ( probably coverage is location based and thats why it wasn’t on their website so it is a bit misleading i saw 220€ and at the end it was 320€ for 5 days)

Great customer service, very helpful and friendly! The whole team especially Mohamed went above and beyond for me. I have never had a better experience renting a car like I did at this Avis location. Everything was hassle free. Mohamed took extra time to make sure we had the car we wanted and at any request extended our rental, not once but twice and ensured we got the best rate. Thanks a bunch Avis Marrakech!
