Global Rent A Car - Marrakech Airport

I purchsed the insurance with them after they explained to me why I it is importante to secure my trip and rental. 5 Euros per day was very good to be covered. although i was late, they waited 3 hours for me. Way to go 🤗🤗

The airport offers 2 options: 1. 500 USD deposit and full insurance for the entire period of use. 90 € for 10 days. I don't know why everything is in different currencies. 2. 1000 USD deposit and no insurance. I come to the airport to return the car, it has scratches on its rear bumper, probably from stones, in some places the roads are gravel. But I'm not worried, because I chose the first option, with insurance. They convince me: everything is ok, insurance. They ask what card I paid the deposit with and ask to attach it to the terminal. With a delay of 15 minutes, and I already managed to get to check-in for boarding, a message comes that another 500 USD was debited from me. In total, I paid a deposit of 1000USD, which they promise to return in 4 working days. Moreover, they will return part of the deposit, and the other part is insurance, from which I will receive a letter with instructions. As a result: they did not warn about the need to pay extra bail and did not explain why. It is also not clear why pay insurance for 90 € if they still want a deposit of 1000USD. After 4 days I will add whether the money was returned or not. When I got to the airport company offered me two options: 1.500USD deposit + full insurance; 2.000USD + no insurance. I’ve chosen option 1. As a result when I returned car there were couple of scratches on the rear bumper, because time to time the road is gravel. I didn’t panic because I had bought full insurance. THEY CHARGED ME EXTRA 500USS despite I had that full insurance. So the deposit is 1000USD. Why they offered options if there is none? Why didn’t they warn me? Why I’ve paid 90 € for insurance if I still need to pay 1000USD deposit.
