One of the best massages I’ve ever had. I felt soft and clean afterwards. Very relaxed experience, we were allowed to take our time in the jacuzzi and relaxing with mint tea. After reading other reviews we took our own swimwear to be bathed in. All of the staff were friendly, welcoming, and professional. The building itself is very beautiful inside and very quiet considering how close it is to the Médina. Well worth the price! The only problem we had is that some of the cocoa scrub got into our eyes and was a bit uncomfortable.

I had short but pleasant visit in this spa. Time flows slower there, tea with mint better than average, service perfectly trained. My friend's daughter spent there three hours during her next trip to Morocco and said that she will be back to that country because of the experiences she had in such quality places. Thank you 😊

After a lot of research and recommends, I booked this spa prior to arriving to Marrakech. I was super excited and was looking forward to a relaxing deep tissue massage after a long flight and a traditional Moroccan scrub experience. Man.. was I disappointed. No explanation on what was happening. They made us change into a robe and told us to keep our undies on, but they did not tell us, we would have to get showered and scrubbed in it. They should’ve at least offered us disposable undies or forewarn us. After a scrub and a massage, we had to either go home with wet undies on or go commando with nothing on. If they didn’t have disposable undies to offer us, a heads up when we booked or when they sent a confirmation to bring an extra pair would’ve been thoughtful. They lady who scrubbed us was hard working and thorough but just rough with no explanation, rather commands of “Turn. Move. Get up.” This is not a relaxing or pleasant experience but worst of all, she would dump water all of me without warning and a lot of water got in my ear. However, up to that point was okay. But... my massage was the worst. I was in a couples massage and our masseuses were talking to each other so loud and kept yawning. She didn’t ask me how it was so I had to step in and asked for a deep tissue massage to be focused on my neck and back but she was so lazy. She clearly didn’t want to be there or cared at all. Finally, we were escorted to a “relaxing” room and told to sit but after a while, nobody came to check up on us, so we had to go down and ask if we were done. Oh... my hair was shampooed but they didn’t put any conditioner or anything in it so it was so tangled that I had to go to the hotel and spent an hour untangling it. Terrible service. Terrible experience.

Very relaxing experience! The Hammam was nicely done by Samina and the massage makes you melt into a relaxing dream (not sleep). It was done by Helen and her mate and we have enjoyed every single minute of the hour. Congratulations to the entire team, it has made the difference to our day.

Very beautiful and warm spa. The harram was very succinct and cleansing. I then got a one of the best deep muscle massages I have ever had from Karima.
