A decent hotel for a short break. Air con wasn't working and the gym was closed for refurbishment. The is a large outdoor pool but it was too cold to swim in. Staff are pleasant and the bar area is nice to chill in. A few tweaks needed re cleanliness but the room was comfortable enough.

Please please please avoid! If you want to ruin your holiday than by all means book this place. I have travelled to numerous locations but this is by far the worst. Place is a dump it is definitely not 4 stars. Staff are either nice or rude its 50/50. Rooms don't come with bathroom slippers or even a minibar. You have to purchase your own water from the supermarket 5minutes away and than fill the warm fridge in your room. I have considered even moving my flights forward because of this place and I very much doubt I will ever return to marrakech after this experience. The only respect I will ever give this place if by chance they will read this and potentially refund me part of this stay! DON'T BOOK IT!

It was ok, bedding clean and room tidied every day if you want it to be. Staff friendly but the hotel needs updating decor poor. Because of going into winter season the animation staff seem as if not bothered with providing entertainment for the guests. Buffet food ample and fresh. Hot food semi warm I had to use the microwave most days.

At first glance when I arrived to the hotel I was impressed by the exterior. We stayed 3 nights at this hotel. The food was not exceptional although there was variety, but the same thing every day. Overall, the staff is not up to date with what customer service means. Bed linens were also dirty. There was what seemed like blood stain on my sheet. How did someone ignore that and decide to put it on the bed? The most infuriating part was the spa. Be careful of the spa manager (a woman) and hotel staff who try to con you into using their hamam and spa at a discounted rate. The massage was horrible. I could barely feel the woman massaging me. She left the room countless time and I could here her talking and laughing with another staff member. Also, I was only exfoliated some parts on my body: they omitted my right arm, my neck, the back of my neck, my entire back, heels and ankles !!!!!! I tried to privately complain to the manager but she had already left leaving the employee behind to close up shop. HORRIBLE!
