Really NOT recommendable !! Personal SEEMS to work for guests advantage BUT their just making business with it (which is extra money for them). AND it is NOT a 5 star hotel in ANY ways! DID NOT WORK: -Safe -WATER from at least from 11PM at night -Telephone (every night) - NOT possible to CALL reception at night (in a 5 star hotel!) -pool not filled with water (during the whole stay) Remarks: - The reservations they do, lead you to EXPENSIVE restaurants that are really NOT recommendable. TOO MUCH food was thrown away. You can only order 3-5 course meals. Each Person has to order one whole menu. - Taxi with 250dhm too expensive. We have been in many 5 star hotels and this is just the worst experience and the worst luxury hotel we have ever been. NICE HONEYMOON EXPERIENCE!👍

The massage was really amazing and worth the money. The Hamamm service was unfortunately not as good as expected. The atmosphere and the design is great.

Great location for seeing marrakech, staff really excellent especially Rubna, rooms are small but that's to be expected in a riad. Food was really good.

Lovely looking place... stayed for 7 days some staff members were nice.. 1 in particular her name was lubna she made us feel very welcome... unfortunately the spa areas pool was cold.. We did ask for the pool to warm up but they never got round to it!! The first day we arrived it was warm.. but the rest of the days wasn't.. We also wanted to sun bath on the roof top but they had work going on.. so that was a disappointment... I had a do with 1 of the staff members who he had thought we was outsiders. He was apart of the kitchen team who organised the food very rude man.. asking us to leave even though we was trying to tell him we are apart of the hotel guests... until 2 staff cleaners intervened and told him..it was like he was wanting to fight... after the fourth day!!.. but other then that was nice place..

Stayed at the Elisa for a few nights .. Place is amazing.. the staff are brilliant and go out of their way to help the guests. Only biggest disappointment was the pool .. on the 7 nights we stayed there.. we were not able to get into it was COLD on every night !! Other guests were disappointed too. I would have left a 5 star if the pool was warm . What is the point in having such a luxurious pool area when guests cannot use it.
