We can see from the roof top floor the beautiful nature mountain and amazing views from the Motel which is near the Kaladan River.

I had used to stay for a week in this hotel and there is not fair price 40000 kyats for small room and the service of reception is poor.

Stayed a couple of days. A modern room with comfy bed. Not close to any of restaurant unfortunately. Room service needs to improve.

40,000 kyats, rate for a small twin bed room for a foreigner. Breakfast was poor. Staff is nice and helpful. There are 2 sites with the same name in the same street, a Hotel and a motel. Price are 5000 kyats less in the motel, but I didn't see the rooms. The hotel looks newer and the rooms are clean.
