15k Khat / $10 USD for a single private non-smoking room. I was also able to rent a motorbike from them for 8k MMK to go around town. The room is basic but it's not awfully dirty or anything. Great for a solo traveler like myself. It's noisy because it's close to the main road.

Great if you are in the market for a budget hotel. Although the facilities are slightly basic for the price you can't complain. The staff are all very helpful and the room was clean. I paid 15000 Kyat for a single room with AC. Would stay again.

Clean, fresh and tidy room. Cheap price. Close to Icon Shopping Mall. Can easily get fast food nearby. Can rent motorcycle taxi.
