The best motel in town with reasonable price. Motel is just beside Than Lwin River which is really Cool. There you can enjoy Great scenery but be careful there are a lot of insects so, never leave the door open. Laundry service is available but Spa is not available yet. Parking area also quite huge so, no need to worry about the space to park your car.

Nice and cozy newly opened motel on the bank of Mighty Thanlwin river. Cool breeze and green surroundings with less crowded environment. 20000 MMK per night though no wifi available. Nearby restaurant Master 3 is available for ordering food to deliver to your room. Better to get lodged here in Hpa Saung!
