overall raito is fair and balance.room clean and size is huge and good room.AC not super cool and old model that used.Services fair and room service taking too long.Especially target for local people who used just for section (3 hrs). Most of their customers are couple. Kitchen did great job and all foods are delicious.

+ Staff was super friendly and helpful, food on the restaurant was good - A lot of mosquitos, our room smelled like cigarettes and was outdated. Not dirty, but old and stains everywhere.very very noisy surraunding, no restaurants nearby. We were here one night because it is very close to the bus station. This is okay place to sleep when you are taking the early morning bus, otherwise location is no good.

Its ok for $30/night. Very noisy surrounding, you may not want to leave the hotel after checking in.
