Beautiful hotel with breathtaking view of the golf course. Every room comes with a large balcony overlooking the golf course. The deluxe room was very spacious and furnished tastefully. The bathroom had clean fluffy towels and the tree hugger in me was happy to see mini refillable toiletry bottles. The only eyesore was the plastic water bottles which could have been replaced with glass water bottles and a water refill station. The breakfast buffet for the 3 mornings that we were there was a huge disappointment. The coffee left a salty aftertaste, the bread selection was minimal, no pancakes or waffles, and croissants were doled out only when asked. However, the croissants tasted heavenly. The food at the restaurant by the pool (oasis) was excellent. We loved everything that we ordered from there. The restaurant at the hotel has smaller selection of food. The pool is huge with beautiful green area to hang out/read/play games in even if you are not swimming. We had an excellent time and would definitely go back even if i don't like the breakfast 😄 because the view and the service provided by the staff is worth overlooking the not so good breakfast

Feel out of town experience even though it is located in Yangon. Have nice scenery, clean air, poolside bar and spa. Mosquitoes bite at the poolside when it is dark though.

Nice Environment Clean Hotel But, a staff came to say and ask me stop taking the phot of my wife and my daughter with Sony A7iii camera, saying that professional cameras are not allowed. Restaurant charge with exchange rate of MMK 1500 for a dollar, while the front desk charge with the rate of 1350 on check out.
