It's a nice place with warm and kind service. Breakfast buffet was great. Pool provide a cool down on a hot day. ATM in front is a convenient way to access money. Staff is very helpful with arranging our transportation around Bagan as well as onward.

Great hotel, perfect location - close to the airport, close to hot air balloon departure and return place, great to start exploring temples around Old or New Bagan area. Really happy to have stayed here. E-bikes = 10 000 kyats for a full day.

Friendly and helpful staff. Large rooms with amenities, bath robes, flip flops for the bathroom, flip flops for the swimming pool. Nice pool area. For me the pool was good and quite refreshing after a hot day but my wife complained that was too cold for her. Breakfast was good and plentiful, also we ate dinner and lunch here in some of the days and the prices were good and the food delicious. Very good value for the money! Highly recommended!

I was travel to the Bagan at holiday. I was staying in the Bagan Sense Hotel. The receptionist was very friendly and also extremely helpful. The room was very comfortable, clean and so smart. The outdoor pool was true to the photographs upon the hotel's image, large, clean and warm too, it was a great way to start the morning. The morning buffet breakfast is so good. You can access with wheelchair in the hotel. Even though the shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom wasn't great the overall standard of the hotel and the exceptional service from the staff was second to none, I will certainly be staying here again.

The hotel does not meet any 3 stars or rating. The rooms have a constant stink from the sewers. And changed 4 rooms (were two families), but all rooms smelled equally bad.The hot water ran out in the evening, and it was possible to wash in lushe only in the morning. It is impossible to sleep at night because of extraneous sounds coming from the sewer systems. Breakfast is acceptable, but the room for this does not correspond to the number of guests. As a result, I had to sit at the same table with other people. Check-out took place early in the morning, at the reception we were met by a young man who does not speak English at all, which forced us to lose a time and we almost missed the boat to Madalai and were very nervous. The young man did not know how to use the terminal for payment and therefore refused to pay us with a coedit card. Terrible hotel. Not recommend.
