Great location, amazing buffet for breakfast and cleaned room. The hotel has a really nice rooftop but it is not designed yet to accommodate travellers (abandoned chairs and tables but not clean). Which is sad because the view is incredible! Anyway all the hotel is nice and clean. I recommend it :)
Really enjoyed the stay, staff are very helpful and attentive, even if some speak little English. Comfortable beds, super clean room and decent breakfast. Great location, just a 5min walk from the clock tower, if you need to get on a bus to your next destination.
Excellent hotel and service, the manager was very helpful and polite. The room was very clean and comfortable, they have scooters for hire that we used with no problems. Hot water in the shower which was nice, breakfast was included and the staff on reception were excellent. We even got stopped by one member of staff who recognised us in the street and we ended up going out with him and his friend. Overall great time at Golden Palace Hotel.
