Location is good but breakfast and amenities are not that good. Maintenance is extremely poor. Saw broken floor tiles, shower, internet connection, etc. Dirty room. Not worth for a stay.

Good place, nice view
Poorly managed hotel. Not enough manpower. Had to wait for 3 hours to be checked in. Not enough staffs to be functional during peak seasons. Cleaning staffs must have got the room ready quickly as we have been waiting for 3 hours to get it cleaned. They didn't sweep the floor. Not their fault though. Heard them complaining they were over work-loaded. Pool is also not clean. Pool lights were not turned on timely until we asked them to. More like a front business of some sort. Animals in the zoo seem depressed. Some animal rights team should go inspect.
Good Place to stay.
There have mini zoo, restaurants garden and swimming pools.
The price start from 50,000 Myanmar Kyats for double bed.
Location is Near Hpa an Technological University and Zwekabin Mountain.
