No services were available due to Covid and the military coup. Bar, pool, spa, restaurant and even room service not available (though staff did give me very basic food rations). Staff were excellent and room comfy and well decorated (ask for room 713) but had to be moved from room 710 as seating was stained and dirty.

Nothing professional there .I've no idea who is managed this hotel because when I call reception at night time, nobody pick up the phone.And yet they served unhealthy meals to the people who is staying here for covid quarantine. Staff's working plans are uncomfortable for customes . Owners or top management levels have to know how to take care of their businesses and staff's lifes which are depend on them .

Bad services ever. It should not be called 'hotel'. Room services, stuff services and phone operator, kitchen services make me feel disppointed. Cleanliness is also neglected. They don't give acceptable services to those who are in Quarantine. Shame on you.πŸ‘Ž

Excellent service from all the staff. You feel very welcomed. I enjoyed being there.
