This place was the best. The room was huge the service great and the loction perfect. I can not say enough good things about it.

We had an old room. The manager apologized for this. He wanted us to stay in one of the newer rooms. Unfortunately the hotel was fully booked so this wasn't possible. In the morning a ceremony started nearby at 5:30 with a lot of music. The rooms are not soundproof. Luckily we were planning to see the sunrise. If you are not make sure there is no party the next morning if you want to "sleep in". For the old room it is overpriced. Because I hit my head a couple of times on the doorpost we had a complimentary meal. Staff was nice as always and the breakfast decent. I had the best omelette in Myanmar.

It could be worse, but it could be better. It looks pretty impressive, but the money all went to the facade, not the interiors. Breakfast is pretty good though.
