Not recommend for foreigners. This hotel charge extra 10,000kyat per room for foreigners. Also charge 30,000kyat per head to arrange share taxi, the actual price is 5,000kyat though. This is not a private use, but a share use. was not miscommunication coz the staff speak English well and said It's foreigner price.

It located nearby Lashio Myoma Market, can walk around for shopping and try some traditional food from the market.
