It is a very grand and fabulous place. Very neat and tidy. We just went there for tea break. But the service is not up to the standard it should have. You have to wait a long time to order a cup of coffee. And you had to keep reminding about your order. I understand that it maybe a very busy time when we were there but still, a hotel with such prestige should not have any problem to deal with whatever it may.

Amazing hotel. Went here about 2 years ago and was fabulous. Views from the bedroom are beautiful and every moment here was enjoyable. The pool is amazing too. The breakfast hall is incredible too. Every food imaginable is there. 100% recommend it. Overall experience 100/100. Bedrooms amazing too.

Love this hotel! Great service, excellent staff, good food and drinks, clean rooms and excellent location. What else can you ask for?

It gives really good service. The snacks that include Hi-tea set are really delicious.
