Location is central. You can go anywhere in Yangon from this hotel with minimum time. Rooms need to be improve. Most equipments in rooms need to be repair.

Near to street market, hotel price reasonable, normal room, breakfast given, other all ok

Very bad service. You can choose the better hotel than this with such price and service. I had a bad experience. I have been outside the whole afternoon and came back at 7pm. I reminded the reception to clean my room when i left the room key before I go outside. After i came back, my room was still the same. I called the reception immediately and reception cant respond me well and they were acting to blame on each staff. Such a bad responsibility. A few mins later, i have to sit outside waiting for their cleaning time. Hotel is quite rather old and interior painting are shedding off at some areas inside the room. I would definitely not to stay there again.
