Very very dirty room (room 203), it felt like the bed wasn’t clean and the the bathroom has to be white, but is was brown because it was so dirty. Also the air conditioning was making so much noises that I couldn’t sleep. The light in the bathroom also didn’t work because the button was broken. In stead of the 100.000 kyats, I had to pay the ‘foreigner price’ of 10 dollars. It included breakfast, but it was only white rice with an egg and a coup of coffee. The staff is very nice and helpful. They want to bring you to every place where you want to go. Thanks for that!

a few meters further down but a good deal at 10000kyats for small room/bed 1pax..no tea or coffee but if you are looking to save money this is the place in the area （moms guesthouse does not take foreigner）sweet garden a few km down the road also an option（out of town）.wifi included
