READ BEFORE GO TO THIS "HOTEL" I don't know the surrounding hotels, but they can't be worse than this. Now that I have been to this "hotel", I think you have to be very desperate to sleep here. If I got to know what I was going to find, I would have preferred to go back in transportation, but I arrived at the last one that went up here. Anyway I can understand that there are people who pay up to 120 dollars in the high season for this quality because they do not care, or are used to it, or because they have no other option. I paid 60 dollars and felt cheated. I have to say that I have traveled for many years, in many countries and have been to many hotels, and I don't remember ever writing a negative review. After all these years it is the first time that I have to do it. Now I will narrate my experience, which, is not far from other criticisms that I have read, and which I did not want to pay attention to. We came in the low season, rainy season, telling us half of its price in high season and even so, it is very expensive for what it offers. The rooms that sell you with mountain views have the windows locked and you cannot open it. None of the windows have neither blinds nor curtains, so you don't have any privacy since they face an exterior corridor. The whole room is full of tiles, so in the season we came in, it is totally wet, both the walls and the floor. The room looks like a continuation of the bathroom. When opening the bed we found hairs in it, as well as inside the sink, (and they were not mine because I have a totally shaved head), so we intuit that they do not care much for the hygiene or the appearance of the rooms. The overall appearance is neglected and old. I have been to hotels in Myanmar four times cheaper and four times better than in quality, cleanliness, treatment and appearance. And I forgot to say that you cannot pay with VISA, which is surprising for a tourist place and for the fact that even in much less known villages, this option is available. As for the price, they told us in our hotel that it would be 45 dollars, but when I arrived here they told me that 60 dollars. As much as I explained that I came with the guide of the hotel from which they were called, they refused to comply with what they said. I hope that this criticism give notice to all those who like me, I ignored the comments of other customers. If someone wants to check it I have pictures of everything I say

I didn't stay here, but a "trail" from the top of this mountain to the waterfall starts from just behind the hotel. It starts out easy enough, and even pass a few more pagodas and stupas on the way down. Once you walk through some monks' houses though, the trail pretty much turns into a steep hike through what would be a waterway during the monsoon season for all the water to flow down.

Not really good.The location of hotel is awesome. But the design is like a jail. Wooden panel small window block to see the nice view.Price is much higher than room condition. Cockroach and ants are in the room.Poor staff service.Bathroom is clean.

Very bad service. No shampoo. No slipper for room use. I am recommend to no one. High price but poor service.
