We booked this one via Agoda, good service with friendly staffs. But the hotel is quite far from center

Hotel is dated, could really use a refresh. Breakfast is acceptable. Dinner is tasty. Roof top restaurant have a great view to watch the sunrise and sunset and the balloons.

Hotel has spacious rooms, pretty good breakfast, and the staff is really nice. Only thing we didnt like was the exchange rate they used when checking out, which was about 10% higher than what it should have been. When asked about it, the answer was simply: "it is a bit different". Obviously not a lot money, but left a bad aftertaste after an otherwise really nice stay.

Stayed on 2nd floor. The sound of chairs being moved on the terrace was constant and started at 6 am. It was driving us crazy! We were able to change rooms on the last day. They absolutely need to put some rubber pads on chair legs! Other than that, everything was great.

Nice place with the open rooftop looking right to where the balloons depart. Quite atmosphere, friendly staffs with excellent service. Highly recommended.
