very helpful and courteous staffs who would run extra miles. Nice big room. Changed tv which was not working properly to newer smart TV which we could watch amazon and YouTube via hotel wifi. Ok breakfast. Clean and clear pool water which was not temperature regulated as expected as an outdoor pool.

Simply Fantastic! Smily and friendly staff and manager are the key selling point of this hotel! Nice location and very good facilities, our stay was jus TOO SHORT! We will be back for sure! Comfortable room and good food (not just breakfast) If you need any help ask the Hotel Manager Thaw Zin Htay

Clean and nice atmosphere, the staff are friendly and there's a swimming pool. The bagan villa is quite nice to stay. I love it here.

Great location in new Bagan The Hotelmanager Mr Thaw came to introduce himself personally and ensured that we had a prefect stay The Housekeeping team was great, always treating us with lovely trun down amenities Very helpful & friendly staff assisted with transportation arrangements Lovely pool area, we staid in December and breakfast was served at the poolside. Another plus: yoghurt, oats, cereals, wholegrain toast and fresh milk was available on the breakfast buffet
