good experience, reserved an economy class, and they gave me a standard one (2 lvls above)for the same price. but if you want to be Shure they give you the selected model, the airport unit has more stock.

Terrible service, they shouldn't a cept a reservation if they dont have any cars available. Will never book anything with National again

1. Not sure why they accept reservation, if they are out of cars... 2. In case they have cars, they do not have the one you reserved....they give you the one they want.... 3. An issue I had was that I didn't check the fuel tank, but when I got the car, this was NOT full, so I returned in same way, but at the end, I was billed for the full tank....so I paid for gasoline I didn't get when I accepted the car, so be careful, and check everything before accepting the car.

Pior experiência com locadora de carros possível! A história é longa, mas em resumo fomos vítimas de um acidente dirigindo um carro alugado deles e além de eles prestarem péssima assistência durante o ocorrido quando da devolução do veículo nos cobraram uma fortuna sem nenhuma base contratual, valor muito mais elevado do que o indicado pela seguradora que avaliou o dano. Teremos que recorrer a justiça agora..
