The service to was amazing, we had a vehicle for eleven days, we forgot to fill the tank and the were honest by leting us know how much it was going to cost for them to fill it and give us a chance to go refuel the car ourselfs. The have shuttle service from their lot to airport.

I was given a price online which was the same price when I picked up the car and dropped off the car. The car was perfect, and the people were very nice. I will be renting from them again. Thank you for not doing bait and switch like most other rental car agencies do.

Reading all negative reviews, I was hesitant to rent from Sixt. But I rented from them 3 times already, and so far no problems. Just make sure your credit card has LDW coverage, and know that you will be traveling internationally. They will put large hold on your card, but will release it when you bring back the car. Record every scratch on the car and take a lots of pictures, and make sure you know how to drive in Mexico.

Wow. Exceptional customer service. I had an issue with American and had to cancel with them. Good thing that we decided to check other places around. Not only I was given the best rate for a Versa (I checked 5 other places) but the attitude of the representative was great. He was eager to help. SIXT left a great first impression on me.

Friendly and good service. Spoke English, which is a big plus here.
