Undoubtedly one of the best postal establishments in Mexico that I have visited. I have never had any problem with regard to the attention, the service in general or the packages I have sent. All have arrived in the established period and in perfect condition. This is an honest and very efficient establishment. I really appreciate the attention from the staff who take care of me every time I have to use this service.

They do not open at 8:00 a.m. and they should not set the opening hours at 9:00 a.m. to avoid waiting there until they open and not causing inconvenience to customers. My re condensation would be to open at the indicated time (the one you invoke is from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm) Have more sense of customer service

He did not want hugs, but the lady he serves only says how to pack but does not report anything. After I paid 47 pesos for a delivery to Querétaro, he told me that he would arrive in 15 days, and that there was no collection service for a quick delivery. If I wanted it on mexpost, my payment is lost and I had to make another payment. I could not cancel my shipment and less a refund of my payment. I withdrew my package and left my payment because there are no returns. My mistake was not to ask first, but if they put someone in, they are supposed to attend.

Good service and above all it is a national and 100% Mexican company.
