It is a building that contains a museum of very poor content, a very complete library, a great newspaper library and also houses the Emilian theater of Zubeldía. In general, the building has been in very poor condition for years, so I really do not recommend it to tourists who visit it. There is no parking and the bathrooms are dirty. In the lower part of the building are offices of the University of Sonora
