Horrible Place!! I don't know which is worse the place itself such a depressing place dark and dated or the hostess person that needs a coaching and training in customers service like asap. Wouldn't recommend this place at all. Run away . With their attitude at the front door is a shame ,disgrace, unfriendly and not welcoming. There are better places to go in such a beautiful San Miguel de allende. I hope the owner reads this comment and evaluates hostess and management treatment. Customer service 0%

We love this place. The molcajetes are phenomenal. The bread comes out hot and fresh with chips underneath and cold butter and delicious salsa. The 2 for 1 margaritas round it out and live music is the cherry on top!

Nice ambiance, good starters and very average mains at fine dining prices. If you want ambiance it's a good place. If you are also interested in food, look somewhere else.

The food is great prices are not excesive the only reason I am not given this place 5 stars is the waiter. We were a group of 11 adults 2 kids we seperated the group into 2 tables ,the waiter took my tables order about 15 minutes later we got our food which like I mentioned was really good I went ahead and asked if he could split the receipt ( we were 3 couples on my table) he said they could not do that so I figured once we got the receipt it would be fairly simple to split it between the 3 couples. We were half way through our food when he finally took the other table's order so we basically had to wait for the other part of our group. Here comes the good part I asked for the receipt when I get it the amount is almost twice what the people on my table and myself had consume , I asked the waiter and he had put both tables on the receipt I mean really the tables were completely seperate so now we had to spend 20 minutes figuring out who ate what and exchanging money across the room. Another thing that I really didnt like is that after that unplesent situation the waiter says WE HAVE TO tip him 15% of what we consume really??? We were absolutly unsatisfied with his service but yet we HAD TO GIVE HIM A GOOD TIP? I personally always make sure I leave a decent tip and add if the service was good but for him to request a certain amount and basically force us to pay it is not the type of thing that makes people want to go back ,he ruin part of my night .

Amazing food, great atmosphere, top notch service! Definitely a must when you're here! The sopes atte a great starter!
