It was all OK until checkout time. Iit was brought to my attention that the comforter had a burnt hole. Even though I didn't make that hole, I had to pay an additional 1500 pesos to avoid the authorities getting involved. I felt bullied and I felt robbed and I will never go back there again.

Terrible, unclean and overall a gross place. The whole place smells of deodorizer. Also terrible service. I left for breakfast and they would not let me back in my room.
