there were no towels not even hand towel or soap for hands. the lobby was duty no messing but you could feel unclean. the stair had trash, the front desk was messy, the hand sanitizer at the front desk was almost empty. the room had a smell that sink in and got use to it. the elevator not working. the pillow look clean but wonder if they wash them. no pillow cases. the front desk girl not very friendly. the parking lot attendant nice, but the parking spaces are very tight.

Very reasonable and safe. Nothing special but clean and the people were friendly.

For the price of a one night stay, I would rather just pay the extra cost to stay at another hotel. The bed sheets were covered in horrible stains. Ran out of toilet paper, so I tried to call room service with the hotel room phone just to come and realize that it doesn’t even work. It was literally just there as decoration. So I had to walk down all of the 3 flights of stairs because the elevator was not running just to ask for toilet paper. However, I will say that the staff was friendly.

It was a very nice n very clean hotel but the water never got hot for my morning shower they were very nice but did not allow my service dog.

Best service ever the lobby and employees are amazing and kind people the rooms great ☺️
