I am a Covid Unit Physician two months ago I bought a 4th generation ipad air in presale and it is the date that they do not deliver my order, dial the customer service number and they only give me long and in the end the typical "always has the option of cancel your order. " good attention from their employees, especially the technical service area, but they look bad with their presales.
