Just because they left a note that they had gone to leave the package and since it was not I did not leave it. The hours are office hours, at least they open on Saturdays. But the postal service is already very poor. If I want something faster better by parcel.

I have a package that comes from Guadalajara, it arrived since July 15 and we are already July 31 and not where it arrives and today I checked it on the portal and according to it appears to me that today they went to my home and did not find anyone when it already has more than a month that nobody leaves my family the truth BAD SERVICE
