I went to pick up a package that did not arrive and, It was quite fast, I think I was lucky. Advice: -Bring tracking number -A pen -INE identification -Shipping Address -and be super nice

The very good attitude of the delivery men when entering the premises, afterwards, the lady at the window is very despotic and treats you reluctantly.
