Terrible service. They lost my package from Germany. They received it on December 23, 2020. I'm filing a theft lawsuit. The manager is not responsible, and simply says "He did not find it." Shipping CY536839095DE

Completely inefficient. We had to come to their facilities for a package that had been paid for express delivery service and that they had been at their facilities for 5 days and had not even left the route.
