Terrible service, we hired our move and they broke down the refrigerator, they do not recognize the error, our refrigerator worked perfectly well before and now the repair cost is on us, these people are not recommended.

We were very satisfied with the service, punctuality, agreed truck for the move, attitude of the staff to load, a great accommodation. We highly recommend our service went from Mexico to Queretaro and everything went perfect.

Terrible experience They are not professionals, I told them I had an emergency and they formally arrived at a certain time. Well, they arrived about 4 hours late and to top it all off, when I spoke to the person he told me that they were already there and nothing else did not arrive, I waited for them like 4 hours. When calling the man, he preferred to ignore my calls because they did not comply with their arrival time that they promised me. As for the nefarious staff, they are very careless, I ruined 3 furniture, which they were told and do not care. They hit my walls, at my door, scraped several pieces of furniture and still dare to demand a tip. DO NOT CONTRACT, really are very bad and do not take responsibility for anything. Better hire someone else than IF you take care of your furniture, the staff thinks that they cost 2 pesos.
