Clean and helpful staff. Not crowded. Easy in and easy out to the taxi stand. Taxis have a new friendlier Kiosk. Easy to spot from far away.

What can I say... Querétaro's bus station. It's constantly being revamped, so it looks up-to-date. Very disappointed with the teller machines, to pay for parking. Only two exist. One modern, the other... Old, dated... Swallows coins, does not give you credit for them, does not return them. Then you have to get in line, so their management can address issues. A real waste of time. Use the one on the right (when coming from the bus station building). If not, you may regret you didn't.

It's a good place to aboard and arrived, connected to most of the states in that central area of Mexico
