There is no way to communicate with this office only via email

Waiting time is unacceptable at the SOSAPACH offices in downtown Puebla. After an hour waiting for a turn to do a paperwork, I had to leave without being able to do so due to lack of time. It is an absolute disrespect to users. Totally ineffective

It has greatly improved its service to users.
