Huatulco Expediciones

We booked this excursion as it is something different than we normally do. We have been to Huatulco many times and hVe spent many days swimming in and hiking along the Copalita River but we had never rated down it. My husband and I shared 1 ATV. The ATV ride was fun and had some amazing views. If you are an experienced rider, it will be a leisurely ride but still worth it. The rafting was excellent although at this time of year (early January) it is more of a float than a thrilling rapids...I would compare it to the Athabasca River float in Jasper instead of the Kicking horse if you have ever rated in the Canadian Rockies. The scenery is absolutely stunning and it was such a peaceful morning. We even saw a river otter. A photographer goes along to get photos for you so you don't need to worry about getting pictures while on the ATV and the prices are very reasonable. If you want pictures while on the river though, I recommend a waterproof camera!
