Hotel Novotel Monterrey Valle

Loving my stay ,very polite and welcoming staff. I am from Houston and bought meat from San Juan which is the best meat and I recommend. The hotel put it up in their refrigerator for me. They gave me a ticket number and will pick up when iam leaving. Loving my stay. Room service, bar downstairs you don't have to leave the hotel if you don't want to.

Great location. Valet parking included and nice lobby. It needs some retouching for some old furniture in rooms. Overall good for the price.

I found long hairs in 2 towels. Even the towels were folded with the hairs inside. ( maybe a problem with their laundry service?) Also i found hairs in the bathtub. (Poor Housekeeping) This hotel used to be better..

Great hotel with good confort

The service and staff at Novotel is always great. Way above what you should expect from a hotel from this category. In my point of view there is only one small glitch not to give them a full five star rating; the location has been open for more than 20 years. This shows in the small details such as bathroom fixtures and other furnishings which need to be upgraded. All in all a big bang for the buck!!
