ibis Monterrey Valle

This is definitely not a good hotel, I stayed only one night and had these troubles: * I found a hair in the bed from other guests / employees * Door on the bathtub did not seal properly, therefore lots of water came out and I had to dry it * Instead of putting normal soap they have liquid dispensers and quality of soap is terrible (even inside the bathtub). * On the Lobby, floor was wet and I almost had an accident * Breakfast had a terrible quality and taste. I wrote to the management and they told me they were going to "consider" my opinions and let me know when those things have changed... They never wrote me back. I recommend much more staying at Novotel just next to this one or going to any other hotel.

rooms are a little small, but comfortable. the food isn't very good. the staff is helpful and can recommend good places to eat. there are a lot of restaurants around

Nice room, great ubication, near the city and interest points... It was a little weird to ask me ID for the two persons that will use the facilities...

Nice and clean place with the basic needs at your room. Great for a business traveler.

The hotel is simple and the rooms are ok, but it's not a luxurious option. It's comfortable, the personnel is attentive and the location is great, since it is right next to a shopping mall. The rooms are silent, the bathroom is small and the bed is comfortable.
