Ok, at first my experience was completely awful, the shower room wasn't working right, you could hear noises from other rooms so completely awful. So why did I'm I giving it 5 stars? Cause of the customer service and room change. Apparently they gave me a room that was under maintenance by some manager. But, Angel (the hotel manager) changed my room, made sure my experience felt extraordinary, and he did. Then this gentlemen called Javier made it even better. The attention he gave to me and my girlfriend was above and beyond and couldn't appreciate them both. Customer service as I stated was absolutely great, and the room good. I have observed that they try to make other guest feeling welcome, and trying to do everything they can to help them. I absolutely recommend this Hotel and you will always feel welcome. Thank you Angel, Javier and Vanessa.

Do not stay here. Creepiest hotel ever!! And overpriced. Clearly this building used to be something else like a warehouse or offices and they just turned into a hotel, yes they did add some “luxury” features but came out all wrong. The rooms are all weirdly shaped and the whole place including the staff are creepy. NO ELEVATOR and no one helps with the bags. Terrible parking lot, you can easily damage your car. Water pressure is non existing. And the windows are blacked out so you get no daylight and when I looked very closely there was a mechanical room outside my window. (See pic) This felt like the Twilight Zone. It felt like an insane asylum, all night long I was just waiting for someone to break in the room and pull me out to do experiments on me.

This is a business class hotel in a very upmarket part of Monterrey Mx. Although it is an older hotel it is very clean and service from the staff is excellent. It is within walking distance of some trendy shops including a Starbucks and a big shopping center with a food court. There is also a 7-Eleven type store within a three minute walk of the hotel. On Sunday's they close the big road near the hotel all day and tons of people are walking dogs, have their kids with them or are riding bikes or rollerblading. They have food stalls, bands, arts and crafts and the local pet adoption group has dogs you can take for a walk. Clean comfortable hotel worth a look if you are in Monterrey.

Peace, comfort, quiet, lovely staff , great position surrounded by restaurant's and a beautiful park. Easy access to I40 interstate.
