Terrible service from the "lady" who attends, she is always bad, for any little ones she returns your packages (the packages are armed to the postal rules of Mexico). You ask him why he does not receive the package and he does not give an explanation just because he reluctantly does not receive them. In the other branches we have not had any problems like this one !!

I do not understand why pay a postman who can not even go down to knock on the door to deliver a package and believes that honking is more than enough? I do not understand how I can receive a second notice when I did not receive the first one, as it is possible that they are not even able to knock on the door, their postmen leave the correspondence thrown away as if it were anything, I found my notice in another building that has nothing to do with mine and to top it off according to your notice I already lost my package, I tried to call and he told me that the person I was trying to contact is not available, it really is the worst service I have ever seen in my life.
