The packages take a long time to be delivered and reach the recipient, so as not to be waiting it is better to go for them to the post office of course as long as the follow-up of the guide indicates that they are already there. In my experience the staff is quick and responsive.

They deserve the award for most inefficient service in Tampico. Incomplete information on the website, the staff unable to correctly explain the requirements so that you can make the shipments and you do not have to go around to buy things that you needed because they had not told you they were necessary. I bought 50 plastic bubble envelopes on the internet (because they never specified that they needed to be manila) to make shipments and it turns out that I cannot use them because the lady who receives the shipments needs to make annotations on the envelope and if they are plastic, her pen cannot be seen I guess they don't know about sharpies. In what I did my shipment and wrapped my packages (yes, because they send you with your envelopes or open packages and then you have to wrap them in manila paper even if it is a new box) they returned to 2 people because they were missing things that they obviously did not know that were necessary. I think that we cannot blame the government agencies as such, but the people who work there. Bye.

I went around 3 times to pick up my order ... One because they closed at 4 ... Another because the delivery man brought it and it did not happen all day and another that was where they already delivered it to me but I had to go to 8 am

The service is too deficient, everything indicates that it is already obsolete, the correspondence always arrives a month later, the federal government should cut off this unit and pass the service to more responsible companies. They are practically parasites of the Government.
