Very inadequate service. How can such a large chained brand such as National car rental have such mediocre service. Horrible roadside assistance, wheel " hacks" putting the safety of my family and myself in danger. Unacceptable service. Renter beware, they offer you an all inclusive insurance, which is suppose to cover any and all if any damages, but upon return they apply the cheap tactic of "finding" details to try to charge you out of pocket expenses. Beware National car rental of Malecon( la paz bajo california).
