They not only confirm bookings without availability but classify minor damages as large ones. AVOID IT! If necessary go back to the airport but do not ruin your vacation by leasing here.

Bait and Switch I reserved online and my reservation said I was covered for $700,000MXN civil insurance. Third party insurance is mandatory in Mexico but my credit card covers everything else. When I showed up they said I had to purchase additional insurance. This place is a scam. I managed to get a car at National where I rented before without issue but unfortunately it was for the next day. Don't waste your time with an unscrupulous business. Don't always trust the positive reviews as it's common to pay people to write positive reviews here. I write very few reviews on Google. Only if I am really happy with the service or very dissatisfied.

Worst car rental ever. Waited an hour and a half when we turned up to get the car, this delayed our intended trip and ruined the day trip we had hired the car for. The car eventually turned up really really dirty, and the tank was not even full which we had paid for which meant we were even further delayed. The car was so old the radio did not work so we could not listen to music, it did not have Bluetooth or aux to connect a device. The charger did not work so we could not charge our devices when travelling. The windows were not electric and it did not have an electric locking. The car was so old and dirty it was disgusting to be inside. When we returned it we also had to wait hours. This is the worst car rental experience I have ever had.
